I picked this genuine BMW coat hanger up from Hereford BMW. There are other types of coat hanger available, that have multi-functions for holding iPads etc, but they were on the pricey side and not very useful to me.
The coat hanger arrived and on inspection was pretty well made, as you would expect from BMW (and the price).
The attachment fits in between the headrest uprights, and is spring loaded. Fitting is simple, just depress the spring loaded half of the mount, place it between the uprights and let go.
It has a dull texture to it embossed with BMW on the top. The texture has a nice feel, ideal for gripping onto shiny suit linings.
Overall I'm very happy with it, and would recommend one to someone who had the need for it.
